There really is no high out there like a post-exercise endorphin high. Finishing your workout, sweaty, happy, and without a care in the world. Knowing that you've burnt all the calories you need to, feeling stronger and more mobile than you have since you were 21.

But it's not just about the exercise, your diet is also crucial to success. That is why our coaches focus on the nutrition of our clients, giving helpful advice, and helping you learn how to lose or maintain weight while still being able to eat the foods you love.

Our Classes

go Strength

A full body workout that uses light and medium weights to help strengthen your muscles and burn calories. This will help you create toned arms and legs, and is a great way to help reduce injury-risk, and create a more mobile physique.

Go Conditioning

These sessions are designed to get you moving better, and to improve your cardiovascular fitness. They also help to strengthen muscles and burn calories, making them ideal for whatever goal you have. Lots of equipment-based and bodyweight exercises keep the sessions fun and exciting.

Go HIIT

If you are looking to burn the maximum amount of calories and raise your metabolism significantly, then Go HIIT is the class for you. Training at a very high intensity for short durations of time will really help tackle stubborn body fat while massively improving your cardio fitness at the same time.

Go Run

This is not your usual run club, Go Run is designed to help improve your running technique, prepare you for races (particularly obstacle races), and give you a fantastic cardio workout no matter your current levels.

Go Recover

Finish the week off on a positive note with a unique recovery session, helping you to rest your muscles properly to avoid injury and prepare them for the following week. Our recovery sessions will help you relax, unwind, and reduce any muscle soreness you may be experiencing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a session last?

45 minutes. This includes a 5 minute warm up and a 5 minute cool down.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes, but they will need to register via Team Up at least 24 hours before hand and fill out the necessary forms. Will will then contact them via phone to just have a quick chat with them regarding their results.

How much does a session cost?

Our 30 day transformation trial package is only £90

 

What if I’m not fit enough?  

Our training is designed to be inclusive of all abilities. As such we have never had a member feeling like they can’t achieve the session. If anything you’ll come out of the session with the realisation that you can achieve a lot more than you realised.

What do you do when it’s raining?

We pride ourselves on training all year round. There’s an old saying, “There’s no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing.” We will keep you updated with the latest footwear and clothing to make sure you train comfortably all year round.


Outdoor exercise provides a mental health boost beyond that of indoor gyms. Moving outdoors has been shown to reduce anger and depression and improve mood.

 

When can I expect to see results?

Everyone is different, and it is difficult to estimate exactly how long it will take to see results. But our clients usually report seeing meaningful changes at the 12 week mark.

Is there parking available?

There are two car parks either side of the entrance to Stanmer Park where we meet.

Do you have changing facilities?

We don’t have changing facilities but there are public toilets available.

How many people are there in each session?

We will only ever have 10 members per coach in a class. This is to insure we can watch for correct form and technique giving you the best workout.
